Kinesiology is a 4 year University degree. We are trained to understand the pathology behind a condition, know its contraindications, and provide safe exercise rehabilitation. We partner with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists to ensure coordinated care.

COMPANIONSHIP
For true companionship, people have to 'click'! Clients should be genuinely happy when their Companion walks in the room. Sharing life experiences through conversation should come naturally for both people.
An experienced Companion listens (or take cues from non-communicative clients), to really understand what matters to that person on that particular day.
If by the end of our visit, we have shared stories with lots of laughter, even better! I believe that everyone enjoys a good laugh.
DOG VISITS
For some people, the best therapist has fur and 4 legs. For those people, dog visits can be arranged whenever possible.
Services are available individually or together with friends.
